Expertise begins with the material.
Techpol was born as a synthesis of Techno Polymers. The choice of raw material is not a simple procurement, but an engineering decision that directly affects the performance of the component and the stability of the production process.
Choice of polymer according to the design
Polymer selection is based on the project’s technical specifications and customer specifications, including those of major automotive groups. Analyzing the component’s operating conditions —mechanical stresses, temperature, chemicals, and dimensional requirements— allows us to identify the most suitable material and supplier.
Material management and treatment
The quality of the material also depends on how it is handled before molding. Centralized dehumidification and distribution systems ensure that the granule arrives in the press under optimal conditions, avoiding degradation phenomena that could compromise the structure of the piece.
From material to controlled process
Each polymer is managed according to the production process, to ensure continuity, consistent performance and quality of the final component.
High performance technopolymers and materials
Techpol works with a wide range of technopolymers and charged materials, including glass fiber compounds, functional additives, or mineral fillers. These solutions allow for the production of components with high mechanical performance and, in many cases, the replacement of metal elements with lighter and more efficient engineered plastic parts.
Recycled Materials and Sustainable Solutions
When required by the project, solutions based on recycled materials or polymers with a reduced environmental impact are also considered. The integration of these raw materials always takes place while maintaining the same standards of quality control and performance required by the most demanding application sectors.
