The brand new 800T 2K injection molding press by BMB will arrive in TECHPOL in June. It’s a press that truly reflects the corporate policy of the company and that will allow the development of new exciting projects!
The BMB machines of the new EKW Hybrid series have been designed according to the latest innovations and it is using the most sophisticated technologies: they are controlled by special CNC numeric control system to ensure setting and control functions as speed, pressure, location and time.
The main objective: energy saving, obtained and proven by numerous tests, is always more than 40-50% compared to the conventional hydraulic injection mold machines.
Noise level reduction, the EKW Hybrid machines offer the advantage of a lowering noise level reduction compared to the traditional technology.
Cleaning and Respect of the Environment, the new series presses work with a proven reduction of oil in order to allow savings in terms of oil change and disposal, oil filters, etc ... they are therefore cleaner and they contribute, thanks of oil savings to keep the environment cleaner as well.
Energy saving is also higher for the use of hydraulic oil cooling, essential on traditional machines and in a well below quantity on electric machines.
Refrigerated water cools the electrical panel and the brushless engine, but in a smaller quantity than the traditional machine, so as to enable a saving of approximately 90%.
