The new 400T electric
press by Billion is a bi-matter high precision press, designed with the

The
901 IR BY CEMAS
The
901IR is the ideal machine to use to weld high aesthetic value components that
need to be really clean.
By introducing IR
technology, Techpol develops important competitive advantages in terms
of
• Energy efficiency: this
technology is especially performing for the families of materials normally used
for plastic welding. Irradiation focussed on the welding perimeter avoids heat
dispersion.
• No heating time and reduced energy
consumption: the infrared emitters “heat up” instantly at the time of
welding. During the rest of the process, the system operates in standby mode,
considerably reducing energy consumption.
• Contactless technology for “clean”
welding: contactless welding does not produce particulate and avoids the
problem of “fumes”.
• No design limit: the process
is highly flexible enabling high welding performance even for components with
complex shapes.

production terms, the 901 IR produces aesthetically better pieces than
those produced with vibration welding.
