Techpol, in order to ensure
the highest quality of processes and products expanded its fleet of machinery, acquiring an injection moulding machine model "ALLROUNDER 470 E 1000 – 170
100 Tons" manufactured by Arburg,
a high-precision and high performance machine, entirely electrical and equipped
with every optional. This machine allows
Techpol to produce complex and sophisticated moulded parts.
The new machine will be
installed in the Clean
Room (ISO7) sealed
under a controlled atmosphere (atmospheric pressure and particle pollution) and
it will allow Techpol to mould special
braking system components for commercial vehicles.
In addition to the automotive
sector, Techpol will be ready to apply this new technology in other sectors
such as:
- Medical;
- Pharmaceutical;
- optical; and
- electronic
