Techpol operates three production plants covering more than 10,000 m², organized to efficiently separate and coordinate production, development, quality control, packaging and storage.
51 presses to meet different production requirements
Techpol’s machine fleet comprises 51 injection molding machines, including 12 two-component machines, with clamping forces ranging from 50 to 1,400 tonnes.
This equipment enables the production of components with different characteristics, dimensions and levels of complexity, adapting technologies and production capacity to the specific requirements of each project.
A constantly updated machine fleet
The entire production line is continuously updated and has an average machine age of around 5 years.
Recent technologies, combined with more than twenty years of experience in the automotive sector, enable Techpol to maintain high standards of quality, repeatability and production reliability.
A structured industrial organization

A 250-meter-long automated logistics system
The plants are connected by a 250-meter automated logistics line, linking production with the central area dedicated to quality control, packaging and storage.
The produced material can therefore move throughout the plant through an organized and continuous flow, reducing manual handling and non-value-added activities.
2,200 automated movements every day
Every day, around 2,200 shuttles are moved within Techpol, each of which can autonomously travel up to 7 km between production and packaging.
After transferring the products to the inspection and packaging area, the shuttles automatically reach the waiting station, ready to receive a new input and return to the assigned press for a new cycle.
Automation to make the process more efficient
Automated handling reduces manual operations and non-value-added activities, speeding up component transfer and helping create a more organized, clean and efficient production environment.
Automation is therefore not an isolated element, but an integral part of Techpol’s production organization.
Molding technologies for different applications
The production department integrates different press technologies and solutions dedicated to two-component molding, allowing the most suitable production configuration to be selected according to the technical characteristics of the component.
