At Techpol, staff training represents a fundamental pillar for maintaining and innovating technical skills in our sector.
Our collaborator Gianluca Lucci, Laboratory Manager, concluded the "AUKOM 2" course on March 15th, passing the final exam with flying colours.
AUKOM is a German company that organizes courses on coordinate measuring machines, with the aim of obtaining comparable measurement results "worldwide". This knowledge can be applied to any machine, thus giving added value to the operator, who will be able to work independently on multiple types of machines.
Same training process for Roberto Vignoli, Automation Officer, who will conclude the PLC course in June, organized by Siemens Italia and structured into 3 distinct sessions.
The Programmable Logic Controller automates and connects industrial processes. Specifically, in Techpol, it will allows us to connect inejction machines, robots and any assembly equipment.
A further look to the future for a company always striving to innovate and improve processes.
Investment in specialized training programs not only enhances the technical skills of our collaborators but also facilitates the adoption of the most recent technologies and working methods, thus improving performance levels and the quality of the components produced. This is an added value that we offer our customers, as well as a strategic asset, essential for continuous growth.
