Techpol, represented by Alessandra Romagnoli, Managing Coordinator of the company, is among the Italian companies candidate to the 10th edition of the National Award "From father to son", the prestigious award promoted by the LIUC Business School aimed at rewarding the best generational transition in Italian company.
In this tenth edition, the value of the award becomes even greater, given the extent of the challenges that family businesses are facing today in the pandemic emergency phase. Ability to react, proactivity, resilience are the crucial aspects taken into consideration by the initiative.
Alessandra, daughter of Maurizio Romagnoli, founder of the company together with her brother Giuliano, represents a female management model, young, dynamic and open to change.
With strongh family values and a strong belief in investments in research and new technologies, in recent years Alessandra has pushed Techpol to take up the intellectual, social and economic challenge of sustainable development and the circular economy: an articulated system of good practices that make Techpol a company projected to the future and leading in Industry 4.0.
