Oil suction pipe: the component is responsible for sucking the oil in the oil sump. The part is made of two components which are joint together with ultrasonic welding. Between the two parts we assemble an iron mesh pre-filter.
In the video you can see the production phases following the welding, i.e. assembly of metal bushing, assembly of o-ring, leakage test and final laser marking. The equipment used for these phase is developed and constructed entirely in-house. The equipment is flexible and can be quickly set-up also for the production of other components with similar production steps. Thanks to this kind of equipment we are able to offer our customers - even for small series - a production concept at 0 scrap.
