A day dedicated to the prevention of upper limb biomechanical overload
On the morning of Friday, July 4th, Techpol welcomed a group of approximately 30 Occupational Health Physicians from ANMA (National Association of Company Doctors) as part of a periodic training event organized by the association and held in Morro d’Alba.
During this occasion, Techpol was presented as a case study — a company actively engaged in eliminating or minimizing the risks associated with repetitive movements, thus providing concrete insight and value to professionals in the field of occupational medicine.
Guided by Dr. Marco Cerbai, ergonomist at EPM, the training session allowed participants to directly observe risk factors present in the workplace and analyze them in a real-world industrial setting.
This event represented an important opportunity for dialogue and exchange, aimed at strengthening the involvement of Occupational Physicians in the operational dynamics of manufacturing companies, all within a framework of continuous improvement.
Techpol’s selection as a case study highlights the company’s strong commitment to employee well-being and development — core values of its corporate philosophy.
The July 4th event stands as a virtuous model of collaboration between the medical and industrial sectors, sharing the common goal of enhancing health protection and fostering a stronger culture of prevention.
