Back in 1978, surrounded by the olive groves and vineyards of Lacrima, in Morro d’Alba, in the renowned mechanical engineering district of the Marche, Maurizio and Giuliano Romagnoli founded Techpol. Within the space of forty years, Techpol became partners and direct suppliers for the global automotive players and for leading brandsof design, lighting, furnishings.

Pioneers in a world of technicolor made of dizzying curves, rounded corners, seductive objects, tactile surfaces. Countless different materials, but only one that really stood out.

In 1985. the byword was quality certification and opportunities were diversified, just-in-time production processes governed by data transmission systems for the safe exchange of accurate technical information. This, in turn, marked the production of the first injection moulded components: great design and manufacturing complexity achieved with moulds and presses that interact with robots that look like humans. Since then, Techpol has been part of an integrated supply chain that acts as a network: each piece a design, a machine, a mould, a polymer.

Opened in 2016, our Plzeň plant covers 3,000 square meters and marks a key milestone in expanding our presence across Europe.
